The 2008 housing crisis had a near devastating effect on much of the U.S., however, the city of Houston was spared from much of its ill effects thanks in part to its informal zoning ordinances.
The fountains at the University of Houston are a popular hangout for Coogs, but beyond the marvelous sculptures and soothing water there lies stories that tie numerous Coogs to UH eternally.
Saturday night’s game will be the biggest in the past 20 years of the university and Robertson Stadium will be sold out to capacity.
